आज (15 August) को देश में 73वां स्वतंत्रता दिवस मनाया जा रहा है । मैं आप सभी को स्वतंत्रता दिवस की शुभकामनाएं देता हूं. मुझे 73वें स्वतंत्रता दिवस पर बोलने का मौका मिला है इसमें मैं सम्मानित महसूस कर रहा हूं ।

आज से ठीक 73 वर्ष पूर्व, हमे आजादी मिली थी. देश की आजादी के संघर्ष की गाथा बहुत बड़ी है और इसका वर्णन कुछ मिनटों में नहीं किया जा सकता है. हर भारतीय के लिए 15 अगस्त का दिन बेहद खास होता है. स्वतंत्रता सेनानियों ने देश की आजादी के लिए जो योगदान दिया वो कभी भूलाया नहीं जा सकता. स्वतंत्रता सेनानियों के प्रयासों के कारण ही आज हम आजाद हैं. स्वतंत्रता दिवस न केवल ब्रिटिश राज से भारत की आजादी को दर्शाता है, बल्कि यह इस देश की शक्ति को भी दिखाता है.

आज हमारा देश तेजी से विकास कर रहा है. देश तेजी से तकनीक, शिक्षा, खेल, वित्त, और कई दूसरे क्षेत्रों में विकास कर रहा है जोकि बिना आजादी के संभव नहीं था.भारत के छात्र विश्वभर में देश का नाम रोशन कर रहे हैं. देश के वैज्ञानिकों की महनत के चलते आज हमने अंतरिक्ष के क्षेत्र में कई उपलब्धियां हासिल की हैं. चंद्रयान 2 इसका सबसे बड़ा उदाहरण है. ऐसे में देश के हर नागरिक को देश की प्रगति को ध्यान में रखकर काम करते रहना चाहिए । हर हिंदुस्तानी के दिल में देश के प्रति प्रेम और आस्था का दीप सदेव जलता रहे , ऐसी कामना करता हु ।।।

अंत में यही कहना चाहूँगा की हर इंसान को अपने समाज और देश के कल्याण के लिए छोटी से छोटी योगदान भी दे , तो हम सब मिलकर देश को उस स्थान पे ले जा सकते है जहाँ से हमारा भारत देश फिर से ” सोने की चिरिया ” के नाम से जाना जाए।।

अब में अपनी वाणी को यही विराम देना चाहूँगा और कहना चाहूँगा की – ” JAI HIND “

The contribution that freedom fighters have made for the independence of the country can never be forgotten. Today we are free due to the efforts of freedom fighters. Independence Day not only signifies the independence of India from the British Raj, but it also shows the power of this country.

Amina Malik, sister of JKLF Chairman Muhammad Yasin Malik , on Saturday said her sibling was being tormented in detainment and had been put on a moderate passing preliminary by the Indian government. Tending to a question and answer session in Srinagar, Amina said that Yasin Malik was captured on February 22, 2019 from his living arrangement in Maisuma zone of Srinagar under the draconian Public Safety Act (PSA) and sent to Kot Bhalwal Jail in Jammu.

She said he was kept in isolation at the prison for one month or something like that and afterward was arrested by India’s National Investigation Agency (NIA) on unmerited and created charges. “He was moved to New Delhi and tormented at the NIA home office,” Kashmir Media Service cited Amina as saying.

She said Yasin Malik went on an appetite strike against the NIA’s fierce mentality and after he turned out to be genuinely sick was moved to a Delhi emergency clinic and from that point NIA court sent him to Tihar correctional facility on legal remand that still proceeds. She said that after his moving to Tihar correctional facility, he was kept in high security ward for a long time in isolation and was not given any medication and other fundamental things.

Amina said that d uring torment at NIA home office, one of eyes of Yasin Malik was truly harmed and a coagulation still stays in his eye. “Our attorney Raja Tufail moved the court to move him to some other ward and furnish him with appropriate therapeutic offices. In spite of the fact that the court didn’t acknowledge the request, however Yasin Malik was moved to another ward most likely to trick the court just as the human rights backers and associations,” she included.

She said Yasin Malik was these days being kept in an isolation in military enclosure No 7 of infamous Tihar Jail throughout the previous four months. “No other detainee is permitted to try and converse with him from a separation,” sister of Yasin Malik stated, and included that books, diaries and even papers were being denied to her sibling. “Being a heart quiet, he needs certain life-sparing medications which are either not given to him or regardless of whether gave, gave after postponement,” Amina deplored.
